Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 99.9% Fat Free Ground Turkey
  • 3/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers (jarred)
  • 1/2 cup onions medium dice
  • 1-2 T Chopped Garlic (depending on your taste)
  • 2-3 T Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle (we like ours spicy, so we may use more than 3 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix with fingertips.
  2. Portion into 4 patties. Try to make them all the same size so they all cook at the same time.
  3. Preheat grill pan medium heat and spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Place burgers on a grill pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
